Upper body killer

Warm up: 10 min

1. Pull-ups x 6 reps/chin-ups x 6reps: 6 sets

2. Presses w/ 35lbs air pack: 3 x 50 reps

3. Push-ups w/ 35lbs air pack: 4 x 15 reps

4. Squats w/ 35lbs air pack: 3 x 50 reps


Cool down: 10 min

  1. Good routine while you at work. We were in class B uniforms, entire workout took us about 40 min.
    We definitely fried our upper body, so on the end we did few sets of squats. It was 3 of as and we all enjoyed.
