Stairs #12

Alternate push ups and squats until you reach 100 reps for each exercise. Climb the stairs between (2 stories) with your air pack on and bundle of 2 1/2.

Abs: 10 min

Heavy bag: 10 min

Cool down: 10 min

  1. Tonight Mike was very powerfull and finished the drill nice and strong. On the end his HR was 172 bpm, so it was pretty intense even for him. Good job.
