Easy SCBA Workout

Warm up: 10min
Start at 4000 psi + timer on.

1st circle: walk
2nd circle: walk + ladder climb
3rd circle: walk
4th circle: farmers walk w/ 2x25 DBs

Stop when vibra alarm goes off + timer off.

Cool down: 10 min

  1. We started at 4000psi and we continuously walk in circles around Co. 5 bay floor until our vibra alarm goes off, which was about 1000 psi. I last 20min 30sec, and Deb last 2 min longer. Her time was 22min 30 sec. It was easy SCBA workout.
