Military Press

Station 4 workout:


200 military presses with 35 lbs kettlebell (100 reps each hand)

Stretching: 10 min

  1. I was running today, so I didn't feel like I want to do another full workout. So, while I got to my station, I did few military presses with the kettlebells.
    Here is how I broke 100 reps for each hand: 30R, 20L, 10L, 30R, 20L, 10L, 20R, 20L, 20R, 20L.
    It was an excellent upper body workout.
