Start at 2000 psi + timer on.

Dead lift w/ 100lbs 5x
Walk w/ 3" fire house bundle
Ladder climb
Pike pull w/ 45 bar 20x

Stop at 0 psi + timer off.

  1. That was quick SCBA drill, because I only had 2000 psi of air. I put together 4 stations, and I was going through them until I finished all my air. I last 8min 15sec, my HR on the end was 144 bpm. Each minute, I was breathing heavier and heavier, so I would like to try this again with full bottle and stop the drill when my vibra alarm goes off, and see how long I can last.
