Thursday Workout

Warm up: 10 min

200 kettlebell presses: 25 R + 25 L + 25 R + 25 L + 25 R + 25 L + 25 R + 25 L = 100 R + 100 L

3 sets of: 30 shoulder shrugs

Cool down: 10 min

* 35 lbs kettlebell for presses
* two 60 lbs dumbbells for shoulder shrugs
