Duck walk 30 ft > 20 abs > farmer's walk 60 ft
Crab walk 30 ft > 20 push ups > farmer's walk 60 ft
Hops 30 ft > 20 abs > farmer's walk 60 ft
Lunges walk 30 ft > 20 push ups > farmer's walk 60 ft
