10 kettlebell alternate cleans, 10 kettlebell see saw presses...(2 x 16kg KB): 1 min
rest: 30 sec
Box jumps: 1 min
rest: 30 sec
4 kettlebell push ups, 4 kettlebell renegate rows...: 1 min
rest: 30 sec
Sledge hammer: 1 min
rest: 30 sec
One arm kettlebell swing 24kg KB: 1 min

Rest between circuits: 1 min

Cool down: 10 min
