It was a good workout, not to intense. 32 min was the total time. The goal was to make a 100 push ups and 100 squats and climb the stairs between. We climbed every step and we used high rise packs for extra resistance. No air packs today and Chief wasn't swearing. I guess he wasn't to tired. But Jim had to "go for a walk" (brake).
ReplyDeleteWe used the stairway in Co. 3, so we walked the stairs 11 times which makes 22 stories. After all that we smashed 5 inch house with 16lbs sledge hammer. It was fun.
